Hereditary angioedema (HAE): Shared decision aid

This tool is design to help patients prepare for discussion with their doctor or nurse about treatment options for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Through answering a series of questions, and following easy-to-use charts, this tool will help them understand their diagnosis, and the treatment and management options available, allowing a process of shared decision making between them and their healthcare professionals based on clinical evidence and their values, goals, and preferences.
